We keep pace with seasonal trends and fast-moving retail cycles. Our development team can respond to new pattern or style briefs quickly, so you can refresh your collection without waiting months for samples.

Sample lead time: 7-10 working days from brief confirmation.

We produce construction samples, color samples, and pre-production samples customized to your requirements. Sizes can be mixed, and materials can be adjusted based on your target market and price point.

Sampling fee: 3× the bulk-order unit price. Deductible from your first bulk order. (A machine setup fee applies when printing is involved.)

We don't just manufacture to drawings, we actively participate in product development. Our team can work alongside your brand founders and product developers to refine concepts, select fabrics, develop patterns, and finalize specifications before production begins.

OEM/ODM coverage includes: material sourcing, pattern and design development, sampling, bulk production, quality testing, packaging, and logo/color card customization.

We welcome factory audits and third-party inspections. Our two production bases are BSCI-audited, and our products carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, giving you a clear record to present to retail clients and compliance teams.

Remote factory tours and production updates are available on request.

Starting out or testing a new collection? Our MOQ is 50 sets per pattern, with mixed sizes allowed. You can place a small trial order first, evaluate market response, then scale up at the right time.

We take quality issues very seriously. If a defect is confirmed as our responsibility, we offer a discount compensation deducted from your next bulk order, so your financial exposure is minimized.

We test for shrinkage, colorfastness, and pilling resistance under frequent-wash conditions before and during production.

All fabrics used in production can be sourced to meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements, free from harmful substances and safe for all end users, including children. Our factory operations comply with BSCI social responsibility standards.

We can provide certification documentation on request for clients entering European and UK retail channels.
